Got out this morning a little earlier than usual and it looked pretty flat due to the tide. There were a few bigger sets that rolled through, so I suited up and paddled out.
It was a lot like yesterday - you had to pick the bigger waves and rely on positioning as well as a little bit of luck. Some waves would break where you expected it, other waves would just do some weird sh#t.
I got some decent rides earlier in the session but when it got to about 8 am, all of the outsiders disappeared. I was waiting for a good 20 minutes before I decided to just paddle in.
